With recoveries experience spanning healthcare, utilities, financial services, municipality, and higher education markets over the last two decades, he has a passion for delivering top-tier recoveries while disrupting the status quo.
Chance's focus on changing the face of collections through compassionate customer interactions and innovative processes is complementary to the way CCMR3 is reimagining how a collection agency serves its clients and customers.
Chance graduated from the American Institute of Business and resides in West Des Moines with his wife and pets.
