This PII includes names, addresses, email addresses, date of birth, social security number, and phone numbers. CCMR3 processes this information to ensure they are able to contact the accurate consumer to conduct the services the business customer is contracted for, and in order to verify the identity of the consumer to conduct business activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Consequences of refusing to verify your PII during business activities might result in CCMR3 being unable to perform the CCMR3 Services.

CONSENT

A consumer inexplicitly consents to having their PII processed by CCMR3 through using our business customers’ services. CCMR3 only uses consumers’ PII for the purposes for which it has been collected from the business customers. It is the responsibility of the business customers to obtain explicit consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of a consumer’s PII and is subject to their privacy policies.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
